UPI Membership Meeting Minutes, March 20, 2012
 
In Fall 2011, the union negotiations with the administration led to a new contract valid from 2010 to 2015. The membership voted overwhelmingly in favor of the new agreement.

The contract is valid for this year.

As a result, the pay raise schedule as found in the contract on page 81 is in force.

Below is the schedule of pay raises the union has successfully negotiated on behalf of the membership:

The amount of the across the board increase will be:

a. For Academic Year 2010-2011 - 0.0 % effective September 1, 2010

b. For Academic Year 2011-2012 - 1.5 % effective September 1, 2011

c. For Academic Year 2012-2013 - 2.25 % effective September 1, 2012

d. For Academic Year 2013-2014 - 2.5 % effective September 1, 2013

e. For Academic Year 2014-2015 - 3.0 % effective September 1, 2014
